How payment works

  2. Conflicts check and NDA. Within one working day we confirm the conflicts check and, for a draft, sign the NDA and agree a secure way to share it. If we cannot act, we refund in full.
  3. The clock starts when we receive the complete 10-K. Never send a draft through this website or by email.

Invoices are issued in US dollars by Finversal Capital Services Private Limited, a company incorporated in India. Draft terms: the US engagement terms, published in draft while they are reviewed. How drafts are handled: security and confidentiality.
