Terms

How fees and payment work

  1. A 20-minute call. Scope, timing and the fee in pounds. No documents.
  2. Conflicts check, NDA and insider list. Within one working day. If we cannot act, we tell you before any fee is paid.
  3. Fee confirmed in writing and paid in advance. Invoices in pounds sterling from Finversal Capital Services Private Limited, a company incorporated in India. No UK VAT on our invoice: a UK business customer accounts for VAT under the reverse charge.
  4. The draft is shared through the secure method we agree, never through this website. The report follows in ten working days from a complete draft.

Liability is limited to the fee paid for the engagement, except where English law does not allow it. The service agreement and NDA are sent before you commit. More in the UK FAQ and on security and confidentiality.
