Who we are
Pramanex is a service of Finversal Capital Services Private Limited, Cuttack, Odisha, India. CIN U66190OD2025PTC049940. Finversal is the data fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (India), and the controller under UK GDPR for UK clients.
What we collect and why
- Leads: the email address you give to download the sample report or the free group-check PDF, used to send that document and occasional Insights pieces. You can stop at any time by replying "stop" or emailing us.
- Orders: the contact details on the order form, used to run the conflicts check, issue the invoice and deliver the review.
- Review documents: the documents a client gives us under NDA, used only to perform the review. Personal data inside them (directors' names, for example) is processed only for that purpose.
- Site logs: standard server logs for security. No advertising cookies; no tracking across sites.
- Fonts: the site loads the Inter typeface from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. No cookies are set by it.
- Enquiries and orders: what you type in the Talk to us, Book a review and sample forms is used only to reply, scope and deliver the work, and is kept for up to 24 months unless an engagement follows.
Where it is kept, and for how long
- Review documents for Indian clients are stored in India. Website enquiries pass through our hosting and form providers, which may process them outside India. Storage is encrypted and access is restricted.
- Client review documents are deleted 30 days after delivery. The final report, its list of findings and its recorded fingerprint are retained so the report can be verified.
- The AI analysis runs on an enterprise AI service that does not train on customer data. Where it processes data outside India, the engagement letter says so before any document is shared.
- Lead and order records are kept until you ask us to delete them, or for as long as the law requires us to keep invoices.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or erased, withdraw consent, and nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. UK clients have the equivalent rights under UK GDPR, including the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
