Your annual report,
drafted from the facts.

Board’s Report, Corporate Governance Report, MD&A, BRSR and the AGM notice, every line traceable.

A first draft, every line traceable

We draft the narrative and statutory sections of your annual report from last year's report and this year's facts. Your team edits; your board approves.

  • Every sentence tagged to its source: minutes, filings, registers, accounts
  • A missing fact is left as a marked gap, never guessed
  • Drafted against the law in force for the year, section by section
  • Edited by our professional reviewers before you see it
What we draft

Six sections, one standard

Board's Report

With its annexures: AOC-1, AOC-2, CSR, remuneration disclosures. Companies Act s.134 and Rule 8.

Corporate Governance Report

Board, committees, attendance, policies and disclosures under LODR Schedule V.

MD&A

Industry, performance, risks and outlook, built on your figures and filings.

BRSR

The SEBI format, assembled from your data with gaps flagged for the owners.

AGM notice

Notice and explanatory statement under s.101-102 and SS-2.

Disclosure notes support

Schedule III and Ind AS disclosure wording. The numbers stay yours and your auditor's.

How it works

Four steps, April to June

  1. 01

    You share the inputs

Last year's report, trial balance, minutes, registers. Under NDA and the UPSI undertaking.

  2. 02

    We draft

Section by section, every sentence tagged to its source, gaps marked.

  3. 03

    Checked and edited

The engine's compliance checks run on the draft; a professional reviewer edits it.

  4. 04

    Your team finalises

You edit in tracked changes; your board approves and signs.

Independence

We never review our own draft

A report we draft gets our built-in checks, not our independent review. If you want both, the review is done by a reviewer who took no part in the drafting, and the report says so.

In detail

Before you ask

Who is responsible for the annual report?

Your board. It approves and signs the report under section 134 of the Companies Act. We draft from the facts you give us; the content is yours once approved, and our engagement letter says so.

Will the AI make up figures or facts?

No. The engine drafts only from your documents and public filings. Any fact it cannot source is left as a marked gap for your team to fill, and every sentence shows where it came from.

Can you draft the financial statements?

We help with disclosure wording under Schedule III and Ind AS. The numbers remain management's, and the statements remain subject to your statutory audit.

How is our data handled?

As unpublished price-sensitive information: NDA, UPSI undertaking and your structured digital database before anything is shared, storage in India, deletion 30 days after delivery, and your documents never used to train AI.

What does it cost?

A fixed fee, quoted after we understand your report: its sections, size and how much of last year's text carries forward. Talk to us for a quote.

Your next annual report will be in draft by June.
Have it reviewed before it goes to print.

Under NDA, with Pramanex recorded as a designated insider in your structured digital database.
